In addition to being located within walking distance of the beach, Il Lugano Condo is also within easy reach of Las Olas Boulevard. Several shopping centers, restaurants, a mall, entertainment, nightlife, cultural activities, and sports venues can be found in the area, as well as golf courses, tennis courts, marinas, and more!

Despite plans for conversion several years ago, the Il Lugano was never transformed into a full condominium hotel, therefore there isn’t a Revenue Sharing or Management program for units and the condos are 100% condominiums, not condominium hotel units.
