La Rive is a Fort Lauderdale luxury condominium located on the Intracoastal Waterway in the Fort Lauderdale Beach neighborhood. The Fort Lauderdale Beach is only two blocks from La Rive, and it is also conveniently located near downtown/Las Olas in Fort Lauderdale.

The owner of an apartment unit may lease his or her unit twice a year for a minimum of 90 days at a time. There is a limit of two pets per apartment.
